Twisted Hills Craft Cider, established in 2012 in Cawston, BC, is the first stand-alone cidery in the Similkameen Valley. They are B.C.’s only fully certified organic cidery with 100% estate-grown fruit. Founded by Kaylan Madeira and Jo Schneider. They grow their own organic fruit on their 12-acre farm, including traditional cider apples, peaches, cherries, pears, and hops which are all used in their unique fruit-cider bottling. Twisted Hills Craft Cider offers a variety of premium quality dry and semi-sweet apple and fruit ciders that are made with care and without chemical additives. Always organic, vegan, celiac safe, Twisted Hills Craft Cider is brewed in small batches with select champagne yeasts and minor filtration.
