Dr. Sarah Oh is a holistic optometrist providing comprehensive eye care with a focus on nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention. Her mantra is “Nourish, See, Thrive!” and her mission is to empower patients to achieve their most optimal and vibrant life by preserving their most valuable asset—their sight—through nutrition and lifestyle modifications. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph and her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo. She also has a Master of International Public Health from the University of Queensland in Australia. She practices in Oakville and Toronto, Ontario and is a member of the Ocular Wellness & Nutrition Society, Ontario Association of Optometrists, and Canadian Association of Optometrists.
