SAR-MED INC.

SAR-MED INC. was founded by M. Sarkis Hanenian in 1976. It all began in his garage, selling AETNA surgical instruments. Due to the success and growing demand for its products, a compliant warehouse was required. In 1987, M Zaven Bakerdjian joined the company as a representative with new ideas, including the production of examination table paper of different qualities and sizes. The company had 2,000 products of different qualities with competitive prices to satisfy customers. In 2008, M. SARKIS HANNENIAN ceded a part of his shares to M. Zaven Bakerdjian, becoming president of the company, and M. Hector Mayorga joined as vice-president. Today, SAR-MED INC. continues to offer quality service and a greater diversity of medical and surgical products throughout Canada and the United States.
