SAM, Inc. is an agile program management and technical services provider committed to bringing superior value to a range of federal agencies, aiming to be a value-enhancing leader and trusted resource. It also provides management and support services and assist adults with intellectual disabilities to acquire skills necessary to obtain employment. SAM serves more than 70 counties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and offers a variety of programs and services. SAM began as a small team dedicated to improving human services and has since grown to nearly 600 individuals serving more than 14,000 Pennsylvania residents. SAM's programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). SAM is a certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Business.
