Sam Cuisine Thaï, formerly known as Cuisine de Bouddha, has been operating since 2010, with roots tracing back to Sam's childhood in his mother's restaurant in Laos. They produce handmade, frozen Thai dishes in Gatineau in the Aylmer sector, using fresh ingredients. The company aims to provide information on their products, where to find them and how to distribute them, and was founded by Sam who learned to cook from his mother. The business started in 2010, and offers frozen Thai food products prepared in Gatineau-Ottawa area. Sam was born in Bangkok, Thailand and grew up in his family’s Thai restaurant business.
