Alexza is passionate about helping clients find the best version of themselves in a non-judgmental, client-centered, genuine environment. She believes people are the experts in their lives and helps clients grow from their experiences. Alexza has worked in mental health since completing her BSc in psychology at the University of Alberta. She obtained her MA in counselling psychology from City University and is currently a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Alexza has experience working with anxiety and depression, parenting/co-parenting, behavioral challenges, difficult teen issues, grief and loss, trauma, post-partum depression, abuse and neglect, communication and relationships, family of origin, and compulsive behaviors.
