RLM Rollforming Inc. designs and manufactures rollforming systems, equipment, and tooling for a wide range of applications. RLM specializes in precision rollforming of complex shapes including parts with Class A surfaces, integrated welding and specialized materials. RLM has extensive experience in developing processes to manufacture automotive components from ultra high strength steels. RLM also manufactures systems for production of welded high strength steel automotive components, including an integrated high frequency induction welder and a high speed cutoff. RLM provides manufacturing systems using a range of integrated welding processes including Rotary Spot Welding, TIG Welding and Intermittent MIG Welding. RLM provides systems, equipment and tooling for swept parts with high speed cutoffs, parts with Class A surfaces, panels with variable dimensions and lock seam tubes. RLM provides roll tooling design, manufacturing, development and rafting systems in configurations to support special processes and in house tryout and process development.
