At Risework Therapy, we offer individual and couples therapy, merging evidence-based, effective therapy methods with a laid-back, conversational approach. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. All of our therapists are skilled in creating a non-judgmental, supportive space which facilitates openness and encourages self-exploration. Our aim is to provide a warm environment where you can feel at ease while benefiting from proven methodologies tailored to your unique needs. We specialize in anxiety, self-worth, relationship issues, and trauma. We work from a client-centred approach drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and ACT. We work with both individuals and couples.
