Rent It Furnished (RIF) is a Canadian company specializing in the rental and management of luxury furnished and unfurnished properties in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and New York. They represent over 5,103+ luxury furnished properties, providing full property management and investment real estate services to local and international clients. They also provide tenant placement and consulting services, which are free to tenants. Rent it Furnished Realty represents the largest furnished inventory of luxury rental properties in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. RIF was found to have committed professional misconduct between February 2017 and September 2020 and has been subject to a Consent Order since August 22, 2023. BCFSA varied the Urgent Order suspending RIF’s licence and rescinded the Urgent Order freezing the brokerage’s trust accounts, which allows RIF to resume providing rental property management and real estate services and disperse funds to its clients.
