I am a Psychologist with RGP Psychology. My goal is to help clients reclaim their lives by assisting them with overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and anger so they can feel like themselves again. I strive to be personable and approachable, taking care in creating a warm, respectful environment, and tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I take a collaborative stance in my practice and value ongoing feedback from my clients, allowing for transparency, cooperation, and the development of a strong, effective therapeutic alliance. I use an integrated approach within a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, incorporating a range of empirically based treatments such as exposure-based treatment for anxiety disorders, and prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy for PTSD.
