The Rempart team has worked closely together since 2003, with each of its five portfolio managers having several decades of investment management experience. Rempart is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and has a branch office in Toronto, Ontario. The firm is duly registered as a portfolio management company with most of the provincial securities commissions across Canada and with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States. It also serves clients internationally. At Rempart, we create investment portfolios tailored to the specific client and managed on a segregated basis. We do this by incorporating each client’s unique circumstances into his or her own distinctive investment policy. Existing holdings, income requirements, tax considerations, time horizon and growth objectives are all taken into account in this process. Investment portfolios are managed on a disciplined basis with two senior portfolio managers and a portfolio administrator involved with the management and service of each client portfolio.
