Rel-ish Bistro is a restaurant and bar that makes dishes, sauces, preserves and cocktails are thoughtfully crafted by hand and feature fresh local ingredients. The menu offers a great selection from fresh pacific seafood to Chef Trevor's specialty Poutine. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rel-ish offers a uniquely West Coast take on time-honoured comfort classics. Our dishes feature traditional family recipes, elevated with playful fusions and seasonally available ingredients. Most of the produce is certified organic from Crooked Horn Farmin the Slocan Valley, our free run chicken comes from Rossdown Farms in Abbotsford, and organic beef from Coquitlam. We also offer locally roasted coffee from Oso Negro, and buns and bread from Kootenay Bakery Kaslo Sourdough. We are proud of our wonderful selection of local BC wines and carry a variety of beer from Nelson Brewing Company, Torchlight Brewing Co. Backroads Brewing
