Real Telecom provides Business Voice Communication (BVC) service that replaces traditional telephone systems (PBX) for business voice communication. Features include phone extensions, hunt groups, conferencing, fax extensions, mobile-friendly, service flags, paging, auto attendant, and DID management. RealPBX is their hosted PBX service, and BVC is their cloud service which includes RealPBX, RealFAX, SMS, SIP Trunk, and other services. Real Telecom's business model is based on customers outsourcing their business communications so they can focus on their business and customer needs.
