Royal Capital Holdings, LLC ("RCH") is an investment club focused on investments in real property. RCH maintains a strong belief that the real estate market will continue to present opportunities for investment in both the residential and commercial realms. In all investments RCH weighs stability, value, and growth opportunities by using a collective angle. What makes RCH’s approach unique is that in conjunction with some tools that we have developed from within, buying decisions are democratic and all members are heavily involved in the election and voting processes. Our company offers investment opportunities to several different kinds of investors. Our group includes modest professionals, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals alike. Our company’s philosophies are shared openly and alongside our members to ensure an alignment of interests. We have a long view of our career as investors and investment managers thus we take all possible measures to avoid risk and make solid returns for members. Honesty and transparency are key factors in our success. Our members love that they always know what is going on with our investments. Residential real estate investments are our niche. We fully understand all aspects of investing in the residential space as the core of the group works within the real estate market every day. In addition, the group has many successful small business owners all highly competitive in their industries. During the recent financial crisis this group of individuals came together with a common goal of building something from the ground up to accumulate greater wealth individually and collectively.
