C’est pourquoi nous vous offrons à l’année une gamme de produits de l’érable de très grande qualité. We have a very large warehouse of regular and organic maple syrup, collected from Canadian maple syrup producers. All this maple syrup is carefully inspected, tested and classified to offer you only the best of maple products. The company started in 1995 when the Lavoie family acquired its first maple grove of 2,000 taps in Témiscouata. It was the beginning of a long adventure, characterized by several acquisitions of maple groves to total today, 100,000 taps. As the passion for maple is at the heart of the family business, in 1998 the Lavoie create « Sirop de l’Est ». This new branch of the company distributes and exports bulk maple products to reach today the equivalent of several million pounds of maple syrup per year. The company relies on the collaboration of just over 350 loyal producers who, like us, are proud to produce a superior quality maple syrup. In 2014, the development of new infrastructures has improved our production capacity and thus to establish a prominent place in the industry. It was in January 2017 that we finally created the « Produits d’érable Prestige » division to ensure the production and distribution of processed and packaged maple products. At the beginning of 2024, Équipements d’Érablière CDL becomes the owner of the company and continues the vocation of the facilities while keeping the family values.
