Premier Personnel is a supported employment service that helps to connect Winnipeg businesses to job seekers with intellectual or developmental disabilities. They provide pre-employment services such as resume writing, interview preparation, and job search assistance, as well as job training support and long-term employment follow-up support. Premier Personnel began providing supported employment services in 1983 and is the first specifically community-based employment service for people with intellectual disabilities in Winnipeg. They aim to promote independence, aid personal development, and increase community connection through employment.
