PME provides mothers-to-be with maternity and parental leave top-up, to 100 per cent of salary for 15 weeks, followed by 80 per cent of salary for an additional six weeks. PME enables employees to have a hands-on impact in building up the communities in which they live and work with up to four paid days off to volunteer each year.
