PI Financial Corp. (PI) today announces the change of its company name to Ventum Financial Corp. (Ventum). The name change is part of the process of amalgamation between PI and Echelon Wealth Partners. The amalgamation which, subject to regulatory approval, will occur on June 24, 2024, forming one of Canada’s leading independent investment advisory, wealth management and capital markets firms. The combined company will service private, institutional, and corporate clients across Canada with over $10 billion of assets under administration.
