Paul's Bakery was a family-owned bakery in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada specializing in Finnish and Scandinavian baking, especially Pulla (cardamom coffee bread) and ruis leipä (rye bread). The bakery, established in the mid-1950s by Paul Blomquist and later owned by Pentti and Maija Koski, was known for its traditional Finnish baked goods and its role in the local Finnish community. The bakery closed its doors on May 25, 2019, after over 60 years in business. The bakery's legacy was maintained by Hannu Koski, the owner, and his sister Raija Koski. The bakery's recipes and reputation were preserved.
