Oven Brothers designs and manufactures 100% Canadian Made outdoor wood burning pizza oven kits. The Oven Brothers team designed and engineered our outdoor pizza ovens from the ground up based on an industry-first interlocking design which utilizes high quality laser cut carbon steel and high quality fire bricks. Our patented no tools assembly wood fired oven design allows for a more heat efficient cooking surface than other traditional outdoor stone pizza ovens. The Original Bro is the perfect Bro for the family backyard cooker. It’s big enough to have good heat performance yet not so big that it dominates the patio. The Original Bro is relatively easy to assemble, I did it by myself. I would suggest assembling it on the surface where it will live, at 350+ pounds it’s not simple matter to take it to another location. Our ovens are made in Canada using quality materials, technical expertise, and a whole lotta heart.
