(OSI) is a marketing and distribution management company that focuses on protecting, preserving and maximizing the wealth of select High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) by using quality life insurance and annuity solutions. We offer a broad portfolio of life insurance products and annuities sourced from brand name financially strong insurance companies. We gain access to HNWI by working closely with select intermediaries stock brokers, private bankers, attorneys/accountants, private portfolio managers and high end life insurance brokers who can offer our products directly to their clients or refer interested clients to us to complete the insurance transaction. Established in Toronto in 1997 we are regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Today, we also have offices in the USA and Hong Kong.
