OMA Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA). We are an insurance distribution agency operating on a not-for-profit basis. OMA Insurance has created a health and dental program to meet the needs of our members. OMA Priority Insurance Program (OPIP) is designed to ensure that Ontario physicians have access to the type of benefits that many Ontarians receive as part of an employee benefits program, providing you and your family with unique protection solutions. OMAI was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act as a for-profit entity and was subsequently licensed as an insurance agency.
