The company employs 259 people, including 20 Indigenous employees and nine Lac La Ronge Indian Band members, and has distributed over $37 million to northern partners since 1994. NRT prioritizes workforce training and career development, generating $615,000 in revenue from its training programs in 2023 while successfully training 48 new drivers. NRT also provides free-of-charge transportation for groceries and essential equipment to communities in need.
