Niagara Reinforcement Limited Partnership (NRLP) is a commercial partnership between Hydro One, Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation (SNGR) and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN). The limited partnership wholly owns a 76-kilometre, dual-circuit, 230 kilovolt (kV) line running between the Allanburg Transmission Station near Niagara Falls and Hydro One’s Middleport Transmission Station, west of Caledonia. The transmission line has the capacity to transmit 800 Megawatts (MW) of clean, renewable energy. NRLP joins B2M LP as commercially based, limited partnerships between First Nations and Hydro One.
