NORTH MONTNEY LNG LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

North Montney LNG Limited Partnership (NMLLP), a wholly-owned entity of PETRONAS, holds a 25% participating interest in the LNG Canada project located in Kitimat, British Columbia. NMLLP, along with its joint venture partners, is one of the largest natural gas resource owners in Canada, with over 52 Tcf of reserves and contingent resources in the North Montney area. The project involves the design, construction, and operation of a gas liquefaction plant and facilities for the storage and export of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The facility will initially consist of two LNG processing units, with the potential to expand to four trains in the future. The North Montney Joint Venture (NMJV), where NMLLP is involved, has drilled over 750 wells, with an estimated 4,800 wells planned over the next 45 years.
