NNN Fitness is a personal training and coaching service focused on helping clients achieve their fitness goals through a 'No Nonsense, Just Fitness' approach. They offer in-person, virtual, and travel training options, and also provide complimentary trial sessions and assessments. Nemanja Dovijarski, a Certified Personal Trainer with the HFFC (Health and Fitness Federation of Canada) with a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology, leads the service and has experience working with Goodlife and Equinox. NNN Fitness emphasizes sustainable weight management, smarter food choices, strength building, and muscle development to help clients maintain their accomplishments.
