Nicole Allison has been teaching yoga since 2014 and holds certificates at the 200 and 500 hour levels, as well as a 100 hour prenatal yoga teaching certificate. She enjoys leading hatha, yin, vinyasa and prenatal classes that are focused on mindful movement linked with breath, slowing down, and focusing inward. Through a blend of dynamic sequences and intentional breathwork, she strives to cultivate a deeper connection to the present moment on the mat. Empowering people to live healthier, more balanced lives inspires her. She is currently pursuing certification as a personal trainer with CanFitPro and enjoys hiking and running. I've had the privilege of guiding students through a variety of yoga classes including hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, prenatal and more.
