Neoteric Architecture Inc. is a Calgary-based architecture firm whose focus is providing design and construction services to all communities. Neoteric Architecture is a Calgary-based firm providing architectural and consulting services spanning a variety of project types, scales, and budgets. We are licensed to practice architecture in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We believe that architecture is about process before product. The best results are achieved by mastering this process from start to finish. At Neoteric, we like to strike a balance between the three elements we view as paramount to a successful project. First a project must be executed with business-savvy and finesse: it should be streamlined and efficient, tailored to client needs. Second, every successful design should be approached with avid creativity and innovation. The creative process is what distinguishes the project: makes it more effective, better suited to a client's needs, and more aligned to their goals. The third factor is slightly less tangible: our x-factor, if you will. It’s about making the design that extra bit more interesting, more innovative: making the process enjoyable and service oriented. In short, loving what we do – from the relationships we develop to the things we build. And we do love it!
