Need Some Koi Inc. is a creative, multi-disciplinary art-based business that specializes in encouraging the use of self-expression through facilitation, performance, and events focused on poetry and dance. Shakkoi Hibbert, the CEO, is a spoken word poet, dance instructor, and author. The company's mission is to inspire audience members and participants to 'Release their doubts & step out!' through spoken word poetry and dance facilitations, workshops, performances and appearances. Shakkoi uses her education in Sociology, African studies and media studies, as well as her passion for the arts to excel as a self expression coach.
