NCC Investment Group Inc. (NCCIG) is 100 percent Inuit-owned by Nunasi and Nunavut’s three Regional Development Corporations. NCCIG designs, builds and leases residential, commercial and institutional buildings. NCC Investment Group Inc. is a property management, construction, and development company that operates in all three regions of Nunavut. NCC is owned by the four Inuit development corporations: Kitikmeot Corporation, Nunasi Corporation, Sakku Investment Corporation and Qikiqtaaluk Corporation. NCC specializes in Public Private partnerships, project management, and project financing. NCC has employed over 200 Inuit beneficiaries, logged over 100,000 apprenticeship hours, supported Inuit suppliers, contractors and professionals, contributed to Nunavut by providing corporate sponsorships and paid dividends to our shareholders. NCC’s mission is to mobilize northern resources to build facilities by and for Nunavummiut.
