One of them is a cell phone # 24/7 access for any kind of emergencies; the second one is a communication Log Book that is going to stay all the time in your premises which through that you can write messages to the cleaner and the third one is via e-mail. We provide strong references and we do not ''lock'' our costumers in contracts, our agreement can be terminated with a month written notice without obligations.
