MJG uses HAAS CNC machines for Milling and Lathe operations, as well as manual Milling and Lathe machines. High production or small quantity, and even single one piece prototyping. All CNC programming and machining is completed in our facility. Our Jig Grinders are Moore Tools machines, along with all machine components and accessories. We manufacture high quality precision tools from start to finish. Using only the highest industry grade and specialty metals. Apart from heat treatment, all machining and finishing processes are completed in house and tested to ensure top quality and performance standards. we also manufacture emergency parts and discontinued parts.
