MEUNERIE CÔTÉ-PAQUETTE INC.

MEUNERIE CÔTÉ-PAQUETTE INC. is a Canadian company that initially specialized in flour and grain production in Ange-Gardien, QC. After a fire destroyed their facilities in February 2015, the company decided to relocate and build a new meunerie in Saint-Hyacinthe, QC. The new facility, named Meunerie Trivia, is the most modern of its kind in Canada, with an annual capacity of 240,000 tonnes and state-of-the-art automation. The move to Saint-Hyacinthe was influenced by its position as an agro-food hub and its proximity to suppliers and a railway. The company invested $30 million in the new facility, which was inaugurated on May 31, 2019. The company is part of Les Entreprises B. Paquette and is currently managed by Bernard Paquette (President), Caroline Paquette, and Guillaume Paquette.
