The company's mission is to bring service back to self and contribute to a service culture where the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of wellness are normalized, supported, and prioritized. The founder, Krissa, supports first responders and their families by focusing on bringing SELF back to SERVICE. She believes in empowering individuals to confidently navigate change, stress, and hypervigilance using nervous system regulation.
