MATERA PROPERTIES INCORPORATED

Matera is a family-owned firm of contract carpenters servicing the Toronto, GTA and southern Ontario regions since 1965. Matera is a signatory to LIUNA Local 183 in the residential sector and Carpenters Local 27 in the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional sector. Matera also provides services to Property Management Companies, including Building Up-keep (Maintenance for common area/amenity doors, frames, trim, millwork and more), Re-modeling/ Upgrades (Lobby, amenity space, and corridor alterations, re-finishing and more), and Suite Entry Programs. Matera is also a member of the Residential Carpentry Contractors Association of Greater Toronto (RCCA) and the Toronto Construction Association (TCA).
