LK Counselling & Psychotherapy offers virtual support. We are bilingual trauma-informed therapists providing therapy and trauma counselling. We provide culturally responsive mental health solutions for individuals, couples, families and agencies. We strive to provide a safe space for all people in different walks of life. We can support you through trauma recovery, interpersonal relationships, high-performing perfectionism, life transitions, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, personal growth, anger management and emotions. We are available across Ontario & Alberta with no waitlist, accepting most major insurance providers, and offering online and in-person sessions. Services are offered in French as well. Therapy helps individuals build upon their strengths, confidence and skills to handle any challenge that may come their way.
