LJM Developments Inc (LJM) is a Real-estate development and Asset management company based in Burlington, Canada. LJM aims to develop environmentally friendly projects and work closely with local communities to enhance urban planning and economic activity. LJM's residential portfolio includes modern condominiums, and homes across the GTA, including Grimsby, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Mississauga, and Burlington. LJM's commercial development portfolio consists of mid-sized retail plazas across the GTA. LJM provided $5,000 towards a title sponsorship with the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce for the GNCC Fall Classic golf tournament. All proceeds from this event went to the Wise Guys Charity Fund. LJM donated 4 units worth over $2 million to the city of London, Ontario for the city’s affordable housing initiative. LJM donated $1,000 to the 2022 Dunnville Mudcat Festival. LJM hosted a gala to help raise funds for the Niagara South Hospital. LJM donated a brand new unit from the Waterview Condominium Project in Grimsby to Habitat for Humanity. LJM has provided University of Waterloo students with a paid Co-op opportunity. LJM provided $1,500 towards sponsoring the lunch for participants that attended Mayor Easton’s 2022 charity golf tournament for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
