KSM MINING ULC

KSM Mining ULC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seabridge Gold Inc., is the holder of the Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell (KSM) Project, which is a proposed gold, copper, silver, and molybdenum mine. The KSM Project is located 65km northwest of Stewart, in the mineral-rich area, commonly referred to as the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. KSM Mining ULC owns 79 mineral claims and 2 mining leases. The project is one of the world's largest undeveloped gold projects as measured by reserves and resources and is estimated to have a 33-year mine plan and will bring significant economic benefits and create multi-generation job opportunities for northwest BC.
