KEILTY is a real estate investment management firm focused on developing, and managing residential, office and ultra-modern express car wash retail properties in South Eastern Ontario. The firm began as a student housing property management firm managing a six bedroom house near Queen's University. A.J. Keilty created Varsity Communities in Kingston, Ontario when he was just 23 years old. Keilty Realty Corporation provides private equity real estate asset management services. In 2019, Keilty Realty created Seaway Coworking, a 17,500 sq.ft. shared office community in downtown Kingston, Ontario. The team continues to focus on making and managing real estate investments in southern Ontario.
