JRP was founded in 1989 by Derek Johnston. Initially a small local start-up business to support a growing network of Volkswagen Dealers, it expanded to encompass most Automotive brands, as well as both large and small Performance shops. JRP is a Canadian owned and operated company for over 30 years, dedicated to supporting Canadian customers in the Motorsport community. JRP works closely with over 200 manufacturers and has been exhibiting at SEMA since 1995. They have their own warehousing in the U.S. and Canada and a growing local delivery fleet that services Southern Ontario. JRP has won The Best New Product at SEMA and 11 SEMA Global Media Awards for Marketing and Promotional Programs. JRP has a deep fondness for local and Canadian Motorsports, helping local racers via sponsorship programs and creating the first import drag races in Canada in 1995. JRP's mission is to continue to provide premier and exclusive aftermarket performance products to the Canadian market, to empower the goals of automotive enthusiasts, and to be an ally and supportive member of Canadian Motorsports.
