Founded in 2020, the JKA KARATE-DO EMPOW-LIL ACADEMY / empower karate academy was highly appreciated for its social activities and Self-Confidence program. We are committed to providing a flexible and dynamic training environment for students of all ages and skill levels. Our carefully designed training programs ensure that everyone - whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner has the opportunity to grow and excel in their karate journey. We believe that karate-do can deliver a simple but powerful set of benefits. Clearly, self-defense is at the top of the list, along with fitness and confidence. We practice authentic Japanese karate through JKA, our governing body and one of the most influential Shotokan karate organizations in the world. Owner and Sensei, Lilia Tintila Boaghi is an experienced instructor of both junior and senior karate students.
