JDP Management LLC, a residential and commercial property management company, is owned and operated by the Mendelson family. JDP Management began in the late 1990s with concentrations largely in residential throughout Oakland County. Subsequently we expanded into the Ann Arbor area where we manage several commercial properties on the University of Michigan campus along with Westgate and Chelsea Shopping Centers. JDP Canada Inc. is a private equity fund which invests in Canadian agricultural enterprises.
