Venture Niagara was established in 1985. We are a not-for-profit Community Futures Development Corporation guided by a volunteer Board of Directors. Professional staff carry the out the day-to-day activities to help new business start-ups and existing businesses expand their operations so our community can thrive in today’s economy. Funded by the federal government, Venture Niagara is part of a network of more than 60 Community Futures Development Corporations in rural Ontario and 260 across rural Canada. We provide business financing, business advisory services and are active in community economic development projects across the Niagara region.
