Island Son Canada makes artisanal, award-winning hot sauces and condiments including Bajan Tyga, Tomato Brule, and Envy. I make hot sauces and condiments by hand in micro-batches. There are no middlemen between my crafted sauces and your tastebuds. Every sauce is prepared by my hands and perfected to my taste. My mission is to add quality, flavour, and heat to your meals. It's the only way to ensure quality, flavour, and heat! Island Son Canada is a small operation. I make all of my products in small batches with my own hands exactly to my taste. There are no copackers between my recipes and your tastebuds. All of my products are cooked in my inspected commercial kitchen. All of my sauces are tested for stable shelf life. My dad emigrated to Canada from Barbados in the 1960s. He instilled the love of hot sauce in me at an early age.
