HEAR HERE IS ALL ABOUT RECONNECTING TO THE WISEST PART OF YOU. The part that may have been buried under layers of painful or traumatic experiences, hurts, and adaptations, but that holds the truth of who you are in all your inherent worthiness. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, behavioural concerns, identity, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and nervous system dysregulation. I favour what’s known as a “bottom-up” approach to therapy- meaning that we use your body and your emotions as the main access points for our work together. We’ll use neuroscience and somatic tools to help you access more flexibility and greater safety in your nervous system so that it has the capacity to be fully present and able to access deeper, core material. We’ll get to know the parts of you that are holding pain, as well as the parts that have been protecting you from it. We can directly target the kinds of memories and experiences from the past that contribute to keeping you stuck. Your capacity to not just understand, but process and integrate emotional, behavioral, and felt-sense experiences will help you facilitate lasting change.
