Harvard Resources Inc. (HRI) was incorporated in 2019. Harvard Resources Inc. and Harvard Energy Partnership are petroleum and natural gas exploration and production companies based in Calgary, Alberta. Harvard’s activities are focused on petroleum and natural gas exploration and production. Total production is approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day. HRI’s production is primarily from a 14% working interest in the Weyburn Unit (3,000 barrels of oil per day) and from the operated Tatagwa Field (3,100 barrels of oil per day), both located in SE Saskatchewan. In addition, HRI operates 100 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the Mikwan area in Central Alberta. Harvard Energy Partnership (HEP) was formed in 1982. Harvard holds a 70% operated working interest in the Mikwan property in Alberta. Average daily production net to Harvard from the Property for quarter ended June 30, 2024 was approximately 64 boe/d, consisting of 53 barrels of oil and natural gas liquids per day and 63 Mcf/d of natural gas. Operating income net to Harvard from the Property for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 was approximately $215,000, or $860,000 annualized.
