GB Holdings was incorporated as General Beltings (Private) Limited on 24 June 1968 under company registration number 510/68. Its factory in Donnington Bulawayo was set up by Balatros GmbH of Humburg, Germany. Its products were manufactured under the Balatros trade name until the decision in 2000 to acquire the SABS 1173 product mark. In July 2005 General Beltings was merged with Cernol Chemicals (Private) Limited, and was renamed GB Holdings Limited on 6 August 2007. General Beltings and Cernol Chemicals currently operate as divisions of GB Holdings Limited. GB Holdings Ltd. is capable of doing hot line digging, abandonments, culvert work, road repair, hauling, road maintenance, snow clearing, line freezing, trenching, brush clearing, mixing of sumps and earth works. We are capable of pipeline repairs with cat and excavators, as well as water and sewer installations and repairs. WE DO CULVERT REPAIRS, INSTALLATIONS AND CLEANING USING TRUCKS AND EXCAVATORS. WE DO ROAD MAINTENANCE WITH EXCAVATORS AND CATS AS WELL AS BRUSHING. WE DO SNOW REMOVAL WITH CATS AND SNOW CAT. WE OPEN UP ACCESS AND FREEZE DOWN WINTER ROADS AND MAINTAIN WITH SNOW CAT AND CATS. WE DO DITCHING, EXCAVATING AND BACKFILLING WITH EXCAVATORS. WE DO RECLAMATION WORK. , CUT AND CAPS. WE HAVE TRUCKS AND TRAILER AND HAUL OUR OWN HEAVY EQUIPMENT. GB HOLDINGS IS AN EARTHWORKS COMPANY.
