Founded by chef Gavin Jay, it brings world-class cuisine directly to production locations, offering healthy, on-trend food made with locally sourced, sustainable British ingredients. They offer dishes inspired by global flavors and adhere to health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols. They have adapted their catering services, and use fully fitted-out kitchen Luton vans in operation, providing superior service in a fully safe and COVID-secure manner. All vehicles also fully meet all Euro 6 ultra low emission regulations.
