Fidelio Capital is an independent Swedish investment company, founded in 2010. They are a growth-oriented investor with an aim to build extraordinary businesses in the Nordics, Europe, the US and beyond. Fidelio operates from offices in Stockholm and London. The team has invested in almost 200 companies in around 20 countries across the world with approximately EUR 1.1 billion in capital under its third mandate. They focus on partnering with entrepreneurs, management teams and co-owners to build outstanding businesses through creativity and a long-term perspective. They target businesses with sales of EUR 10-200m and their investment typically ranges from EUR 10-250m per company over time. Their capital is used for expansion capital for growth, financing for add-on acquisitions and/or liquidity to existing shareholders. Typically, they seek majority ownership but are flexible to engage as a minority investor.
