With our over twenty years experience in various global jurisdictions, we are exceptionally well positioned to advise our clients on the steps to be taken to position and grow and structure their businesses, payments, remittance, and FX requirements. We provide advice to our clients on how to ensure they abide to various governmental and institutional regulation. Far West Pay will compile all compliance related to the transaction on or on behalf of the client. Far West Pay Compliance framework provides information on how we comply with the PCMLTFA and associated Regulations. Far West Pay provides information to FINTRAC regarding legislation to combat money laundering and terrorist activity financing. Far West Pay conducts full KYC on all of its clients with whom it enters into Service Level Agreements as well as whitelisting of all remittance clients. We comply fully with all regulations as well as utilizing external compliance tools such as World Check.
